It’s okay to be an ASSHOLE , perfect life-skill

Being an asshole can be a valuable life skill if you use it in the right situations. One reason is that it can help you stand out and gain respect from others. By behaving in an offensive and destructive manner, you will often provoke other people into reacting energetically. This reaction then allows you to dominate or control the situation through your actions or words.

For example, if you’re having trouble resolving a conflict or are repeatedly getting frustrated with others, being an asshole may help to get your point across. Additionally, being sarcastic when discussing unpleasant topics can make them more tolerable for people sensitive to negative emotions.

Being an asshole may also be beneficial when it comes to networking. If you start by insulting or mistreating people, they will likely not want anything to do with you, no matter what else might happen during the meeting afterwards. This attitude may even discourage them from ever returning and could lead them to tell all of their friends about how terrible your company was! However, suppose you play things cool and approach each interaction with polite caution until proven wrong, more chances than not. In that case, someone will open up for conversation later on down the line – possibly leading to lucrative business opportunities.

They know what they want and aren’t afraid to get it.

Assholes often have this clarity of vision and can take action accordingly. They generally have good boundaries, which helps them stay true to themselves and their beliefs. Additionally, they tend to be resolute in pursuing their goals, even if that means taking risks or going against conventionality.

This strength of character can lead to success, both personal and professional. On the personal front, assholes often achieve great things because they don’t let anything stop them from reaching their goals – whether that’s becoming an outstanding athlete or businessperson, achieving success with someone they love despite some initial friction (or total opposition), or simply arriving at whatever destination lie ahead without wavering along the way.

On the professional side of things, many successful entrepreneurs attribute much of their early success to being stubbornly persistent when pursuing opportunities or building businesses from scratch despite numerous obstacles and setbacks on the way. In other words: being an asshole about it!

They’re creative problem solvers

If you think assholes are the problem, then maybe you’re right! But don’t worry, they’re also some of the most creative and innovative people on earth. They have a different way of looking at things that can be quite advantageous in business or any other field. Here are a few reasons why “asshole thinking” might be one of your best assets:

1) Assholes are often willing to take risks – This is key in entrepreneurship. When entrepreneurs venture into unknown territory, they frequently face challenges and uncertainties. However, these obstacles make them more determined and resourceful in their efforts since they know there is potential for failure. It’s also worth noting that this risk-taking attitude can sometimes lead to breakthroughs or discoveries.

2) Assholes bypass traditional communication channels – Often, conventional methods (e.g., meetings, emails) do not produce the results we want or need because they focus on compliance rather than creativity or innovation partnerships between different departments/divisions/businesses etc. That’s where assholes come in handy; their unconventional approach can help cultivate new ideas by getting everyone interested in making something happen quickly without all the BS. Studies show that “conflict breeds creativity” because it can ignite passion, increase creativity, encourage experimentation with options, and expose unorthodox solutions.

They’re unafraid of taking risks

There’s no doubt that some assholes out there believe that taking risks is the key to success. However, this approach often leads to failure and disappointment. Instead of blindly chasing after goals that you may not be able to achieve, it is important to take a more realistic view of life and pursue opportunities that will help you grow and develop in meaningful ways. This doesn’t mean settling for less than what you want or deserve – it means striving for something greater while maintaining humility and respect toward yourself. In other words, don’t let your ego get in the way of your success!

They know how to push boundaries and stand up for what’s right

There’s no doubt that assholes know how to push boundaries and stand up for what’s right. Whether standing up to their peers or taking on the establishment, these individuals often go against the grain to get things done. They are never afraid of a challenge and live life one step at a time, which is why they are so successful.

Assholes often have an unconventional approach that others find challenging but ultimately inspiring. Their passion ignites something inside them that makes them determined to achieve their goals, even if it means going against the norm. In some cases, this drive can lead assholes down dangerous paths; however, with enough determination and luck, they can overcome any obstacle.

They have a deep well of patience

While some people may find the term “asshole” offensive, it is a word that has been around for centuries. Many cultures have an understanding of the term and use it to describe people who are insensitive or inconsiderate.

Although most assholes are not violent, there does tend to be a correlation between Assholeness and violence. And in general, individuals who behave like assholes tend to be more disruptive and difficult than others. This includes being critical without a sense of perspective, speaking down to others unnecessarily, or exhibiting rude behaviour overall.

This attitude often leads Assholes into conflicts both online and offline, which they usually manage with ease due to their deep well of patience (or lack thereof). They can also get defensive very easily, which leads them down a slippery slope where arguments escalate faster than they can say “fuck you.” Needless to say, if you’re dealing with an asshole, then keep your cool!

Asshole gets more than they deserve

There is never a good time to deal with an asshole, but there are worse times. When someone is an inherently shitty person who doesn’t care about their own or others’ feelings, it can be difficult to engage in any discussion or conflict. Unfortunately, these conversations often end up getting ugly and personal.

Instead of engaging in unnecessary drama and angering the Asshole further, try taking things slow and avoiding speech that could trigger them. This may mean moderating your tone when discussing the issue, staying calm throughout the conversation, and not attacking or defending yourself unnecessarily. It’s also important to remember that they probably don’t understand what they’re doing wrong – just because you think they behave poorly does not make them crazy! Most likely, their intentions are purely selfish and intentional harm isn’t always warranted or desirable, AKA “the jerk theory.”

Be an Ethical Asshole

Being an ethical asshole depends on your ethics and values. However, some things that may be considered unethical when practiced by others might not be seen as such a bad thing if done by you.

Ethics can be difficult to know when you are crossing the line. However, some general rules should always be followed when facing ethical dilemmas.

First and foremost, always think about how your actions might affect other people. What would they say if they found out? Would their opinion of you change based on what they know?

Next, make sure that your decisions reflect your values and beliefs. Are the consequences of your action beneficial or detrimental to yourself or others? Do what you believe is right, even if it makes you unpopular or uncomfortable in the short term.

And finally, respect everyone else’s rights and feelings no matter what. Even though somebody may have done something wrong (or unethical), never tell them how terrible they are! That shows that YOU don’t care about them as a person – but more importantly, as an individual with opinions and feelings worth listening to!

Ethical assholes prioritize their interests

Ethical assholes are not afraid to stand up for what’s important to them, even if that means standing up against others’ feelings. They know when something is worth fighting for and will do whatever it takes to achieve their objectives. Ethical assholes understand the value of relationships but also know that sometimes those relationships need some tough love to be nurtured and thrive. This can often mean taking a strong stance on issues or expressing critical opinions without letting people’s emotions get in the way. In other words, ethical assholes don’t mind saying “no” when necessary because they ultimately know it leads to better outcomes.

Ethical Asshole towards painful honesty

Being an ethical asshole might be the perfect career if you enjoy putting others in their place and getting what you want without compromising your values. How to get started? Well, a few simple steps will help you get started on the right foot.

1. Be honest with yourself – It’s important to be upfront about how much pain or discomfort others are causing. You may have to be cruel sometimes, but achieving your goals is necessary. If something isn’t working or someone refuses to cooperate, then being direct will usually work better than sugar-coating things or trying too hard to alleviate them.

2. Disagree openly and firmly – When someone offers an opinion or suggestion that isn’t compatible with yours, don’t hesitate to express this disagreement forcefully and convincingly. Remember: compromise is not a part of your agenda! Stand up for what YOU believe in even when it’s difficult because doing so upholds our shared standards of morality and ethics – aka “ethics asshole.”

3. Keep score – Make sure you understand exactly where each team member stands by keeping track of who does what, when it was done, why it was done (and possible alternatives), etc.
